D'Arcy Demoe started his culinary adventure at a Caribbean inspired restaurant in Durham, just outside of Toronto, Ontario. With an addiction to the fast paced restaurant industry D'Arcy took his talents to Whistler where he worked at various kitchens. After returning to Toronto to study at George Brown College, he helped open Trios Bistro under the influence of Chef Morgan Wilson and Chef Rendall Mercer.
In 2011 D'Arcy and his family moved back to Whistler and with the inspiration of the mountains worked as Head Chef of Steeps on Whistler Mountain. Looking to put a more personal and creative spin on his food, D'Arcy took his many years of experience and started Harvest Catering.
